We love using every part of our produce… even dehydrating orange peels, which we turn into a flavour packed citrus sugar to use as a garnish. Playing around with new techniques and discovering exciting flavours is what it’s all about!🧡
A beautiful weekend spent up in the hills with @mindomountains. ⛰️ It was a true pleasure to fuel all of the lovely guests and staff on their daily hikes and be a part of the amazing work this charity does.
